Ingredients
 
2 pc of fish fillet 1 pc of egg
5 tbsp of cornstarch 1 pc of Mango
3 tbsp of milk 
 

Seasoning
 
 
 

Marinade
 
1 tsp cornstarch 1/4 tsp of salt
Dash of Pepper 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Rinse and drain fish fillet, cut into pieces and marinade for 15 minutes
2.Peel off mango, diced, add in milk, blend until thicken
3.Heat oil, dip fish fillet in beaten egg, pat with some cornstarch and deep fry until crispy, put on plate. Pour mango sauce on top to serve.
