1. | Minced Bacon; Shred cabbage and carrots |
2. | Mix batter ingredients and leave for 15 minutes | 3. | Stir-fry bacon, cabbage and carrot for awhile. Mix in the bacon, cabbage and carrot into batter, mix well. |
4. | Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a frying pan, Pour in some batter and fry until both sides turn golden brown, wipe of excess oil, put on plate | 5. | Can be served with salad dressing and some bonito flakes |
