Ingredients
 
3 pcs of corns 1 pc of carrot
600 g lean pork 1 Candied Dates
10 g Chinese Almonds 3 1/2 liter of water
 

Seasoning
 
Some Salt 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Wash and cut into pieces, peeled carrots and cut into pieces, Boil lean pork for 3 minutes, drain and set aside
2.Wash Almonds and candied dates separately, bring water to boil, pour in almonds, candied dates, corn and carrots. Bring to boil
3.Add in lean pork and let it boil in medium heat for 3 hours add salt to taste.
