    Fried Vegetable with Salted Fish   

Ingredients
 
1 cup of diced salted fish 40 g of Chinese Kale
160 g Cabbage 6 pcs of baby corn
1 pc of carrot 2 slices of ginger
1/4 red chili 2 tsp of minced garlic
 

Seasoning
 
5 tbsp of water 1/4 tsp of sugar
1 tsp of flour 1 tbsp of soy sauce
some sesame oil 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Rinse Chinese Kale, Cabbage, carrots and cut into long strips; Cut baby corn into halves, cut red chili.
2.Boil water with some salt and sugar and put in vegetables and let it boil. Drain
3.Heat some oil and sauté garlic, ginger and add in salted fish, stir-fry. Add in Vegetables and sauce ingredients, let it boil and serve.
