600 g Fresh Fish | 600 g Tomato | 1 pc of Potato | 1 pc of Onion | 1 pc of Carrot | 3 liter of water |

Cooking Method

1. | Clean fresh fish and rinse, use 1/2 tsp salt scrub fish and set aside for 10 minutes | 2. | Rinse Tomato and cut into pieces; Rinse and peel potatoes , carrots and onions and cut into pieces | 3. | Heat oil, pan-fry fish and remove from heat | 4. | Heat 2 tbsp of oil, pan fry onion and tomato, add in ingredients and water. Let it boil in medium heat for 90 minutes, season and serve hot. |
