粟米羹
Ingredients
粟米茸1罐
免治瘦肉4兩
雞蛋2個(打散)
蔥粒1湯匙
生抽1/2湯匙
胡椒粉少量
粟粉1茶匙
鹽3/4茶匙
粟粉2湯匙
水1/4杯

Cooking Method
1.
免治瘦肉下醃料拌勻。煲滾清水3 1/2杯,下免治瘦肉煮3分鐘,放入粟米茸及調味料煮滾,把獻汁一邊傾入一邊攪勻,直至滾起片刻,關火,放入蛋漿輕輕拌勻,下蔥粒即可。

此羹配搭多樣化,可選用免治牛肉,免治雞肉,或加入各類鮮菇及瓜類,令湯羹更營養豐富。
