粟米紅蘿蔔煲雞
Ingredients
新鮮雞1隻
粟米2支
甘荀12兩
薑1塊

Cooking Method

雞洗淨,飛水。粟米去外衣和鬚,洗淨,切塊。紅蘿蔔去皮,洗淨,切塊。燒滾清水12杯,放入雞、薑片用中火煲半小時,轉用小火煲1小時,加入粟米、紅蘿蔔煲1小時,下鹽調味即成。

此湯營養豐富,味道鮮美。除了可用雞外,也可用西施骨或豬腱一起煲。
