木瓜章魚排骨湯
Ingredients
半生熟木瓜1斤
西施骨12兩
章魚乾2隻
花生3兩
薑2片

Cooking Method
1.
章魚乾用清水浸軟,洗淨。花生洗淨,加水浸1小時。西施骨洗淨,飛水,瀝乾水分。木瓜去皮去籽,洗淨,切大塊。煲滾清水12杯,放入西施骨、章魚乾、花生、薑片煲半小時,轉用小火煲1小時,加入木瓜再煲1小時,下鹽調味即成。

此湯有潤燥及補血的功能,味道鮮美,也可用墨魚代替章魚,效用相同。
