Ingredients
 
100 g Konjac40 g dried white fungus
200 g papayasome sweet and bitter apricot kernel
some water 
 

Seasoning
 
Some rock sugar 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Soak the white fungus in water. Rinse and remove the stem. Tear into pieces.
2.Cook the konjac with water and vinegar for 3 minutes.
3.Skinned papaya and remove the seeds. Rinse and chop into pieces.
4.Boil some water. Then, add in all ingredients and cook until the papaya soften and add in appropriate rock sugar, cook until melt . Ready to serve.
