Ingredients
 
4 Slices of Bread 2 pcs of Egg
 

Seasoning
 
1 tsp light soya sauceSome Salt
Some Pepper Some Cornstarch
1/2 tsp of Sugar 
 

Marinade
 
Fillings150 gram Minced Pork
1/2 pcs of Onion1/2 pcs of Potato
1 1/2 tbsp Curry Paste 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Beat Eggs, Wash potato and boil in water until soft. Pat dry and cut into small dices.
2.Marinade pork with some salt and pepper;finely dice onions.
3.Heat some oil in pan, fry onions, then add in meat and potato. Add curry paste and seasonings and stir until well, and set aside.
4.Cut each slice of bread into 2 triangles,put filllings in the center and cover with another piece.
5.Press the sides of the bread with a fork to prevent filling from spilling out.
6.Dip in beaten egg thoroughly and fry in heated oil until golden in colour.Serve
