1. | Beat Eggs, Wash potato and boil in water until soft. Pat dry and cut into small dices. |
2. | Marinade pork with some salt and pepper;finely dice onions. | 3. | Heat some oil in pan, fry onions, then add in meat and potato. Add curry paste and seasonings and stir until well, and set aside. |
4. | Cut each slice of bread into 2 triangles,put filllings in the center and cover with another piece. | 5. | Press the sides of the bread with a fork to prevent filling from spilling out. |
6. | Dip in beaten egg thoroughly and fry in heated oil until golden in colour.Serve |
