600g Plain Flour | 2 pcs of Egg | 75 g Granulated Sugar | 100 g Oil | 1 1/2 Cup of Water | |

Fillings | 100g fried peanuts, chopped | 40g fried white sesame | 100g granulated sugar |

Cooking Method

1. | Place flour into a big bowl, add in eggs, oil and granulated sugar to mix well, add in water and roll to become a dough ; mix all fillings ingredients. | 2. | Roll the dough to become thin, and use a glass to press to make as a wrap sheet, add in some fillings and seal. Deep fry into hot oil over mid-low heat until golden brown. Remove and drain. Serve after cool down |
