Sauce Ingredients: | 4 tbsp sugar | 2 tbsp apple vinegar | 1/2 tsp salt | 2 tbsp water | Some sesame oil |

Batter Ingredients: | 4 tbsp flour | 1 pc egg | 2 tbsp water | 1/2 tsp salt | 1 tbsp corn flour |

Cooking Method

1. | Rinse potatoes, remove skin and diced. Mixed batter ingredients | 2. | Boil 1 litre of oil, dip potato in batter and deep fry until cooked. Wipe excess oil. | 3. | eat 1 tsp oil, cook sauce ingredients until thickened. Add in potatoes and stir fry. Serve Hot. |
