Sauteed mushrooms with walnuts |

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup of white button mushrooms | 2/3 cup of walnuts | 1/2 cup of green peas | |

Seasoning
|
|
3/4 tsp of salt | 1/2 tsp sugar | 1/4 tsp chicken powder | 1 tbsp water |

Marinade

Cooking Method

1. | Blanch walnuts in boiling water and soda powder for 2 minutes. Drain well. | 2. | Fry button mushrooms and walnut in oil for awhile, drain ; blanch green peas in boiling water, drain. | 3. | Heat some oil, add in some wine to sautee msuhrooms, green peas and walnut, add in seasonings. Thicken sauce with cornstarch water. Serve |
