Ingredients
 
2 pcs White button mushrooms1/4 pc Bean curd
1/4 pc pumpkin 
 

Seasoning
 
Some salt 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Skin, remove seed and cut pumpkin into cubes. Boil till done. Blend half portion of pumpkin with some water in a mixer.
2.Wipe dry bean curd. Cut it & mushrooms into cubes
3.Bring mashed pumpkin to a boil, add in mushrooms, bean curd and pumpkin. When boiled, season with some salt. Serve hot.
