2 pcs White button mushrooms | 1/4 pc Bean curd | 1/4 pc pumpkin | |

Cooking Method

1. | Skin, remove seed and cut pumpkin into cubes. Boil till done. Blend half portion of pumpkin with some water in a mixer. | 2. | Wipe dry bean curd. Cut it & mushrooms into cubes | 3. | Bring mashed pumpkin to a boil, add in mushrooms, bean curd and pumpkin. When boiled, season with some salt. Serve hot. |
