2 lbs maguro (tuna) | 2 cups of mango meat |

Seasoning

Marinade
|
|
100 g chopped coriander | 20 g fine diced shallot | 20 g fine diced garlic | 16 tbsp brown sugar | Some Salt | Some Pepper |

Cooking Method

1. | Mix all marinate and soak maguro for 12 hours. | 2. | After soaking, mix maguro with mango meat and can serve with salad vegetables. |
