Ingredients
 
1/2 catty eel 
 

Seasoning
 
3 tbsp water1 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp ginger juice1 tbsp minced ginger
 

Marinade
 
1 tsp sugar1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp light soy sauce1/2 tsp ginger juice
1 tsp Rose wine 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Rinse and cut eels, marinate it with marinade for half hour. Fry in pan
2.When eel is cooked, add in seasonings ingredients and boil until sauce thickens and Serve Hot.
