80g water biscuit, crushed | 35g unsalted butter, melted | 2 tbsps blueberry jam | 45g unsalted butter, melted | 60g rice bubbles | 30g almond slices | 20g oats | 2 tbsps honey |

Cooking Method

1. | Preheat the oven to 180oC for 15 mins. | 2. | Mix the biscuit and butter. Press into 6’ round mould. Refrigerate for a while. | 3. | Brush the biscuit with jam. Combine well the other ingredients and place on top of the jam. Bake for about 15 to 20 mins until golden. Slice and serve. |
