Ingredients
 
300g Kudzu 1/2 pcs lotus root
240g water chestnuts 160g chinese mushroom
300g Pork Shanks 10g chinese almonds
2pcs of red dates 3 liter of water

Cooking Method
 
1.Boil pork shanks; peel kudzu, lotus root and water chestnuts and cut into pieces; remove stem of chinese mushroom and soak soft; wash the chinese almonds and red dates.
2.Boil water, add in all ingredients, boil in high heat for 10 minutes and boil with medium heat for 3 hours, add in salt to taste.
