    Champagne cooked Beef Dices   

Ingredients
 
1 pc of Ribs Eye1 tsp of Minced Garlic
1 tbsp of Diced Onions 1/4 cups of mushroom slices
1/2 cups of Champagne 2 tsp of Mustard
2 tbsp of butter 2 tbsp of flour
3 tbsp of evaporated milk 3/4 cups of water
 

Seasoning
 
Some Salt Some Pepper
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Slice the ribs eye into dices, sprinkle with some black pepper.
2.Heat butter, add in flour, water and cooked until it turns sticky, finally add in milk to make a creamy mixture.
3.Saute garlic and onions in some oil, add in beef dices and cook until half done, add in champagne to cook for a while.
4.Finally add in creamy sauce, mustard, mushroom and seasonings, stir well and Serve Hot.
