Ingredients
 
2 pcs beancurd100g assorted mushroom
350g kimchi250g beef slice
 

Seasoning
 
Some Korean chili powder 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Rinse the beancurd and freeze for overnight. Cut into big pieces. Remove the stem of the mushroom and rinse. Drain and set aside.
2.Pour the stock into the pot and boil. Then, add in frozen beancurd, mushroom, kimchi and chilli powder. Cook until the frozen beancurd absorb the flavor. Top with cooked beef slices to serve.
