1 tsp salt | a dash of Janpanese Mixed Chili Pepper Powder (shichimi togarish) | a dash sesame oil | |

Cooking Method

1. | Cut the peppers into bite size and remove seeds. | 2. | Heat 1 liter of corn oil over medium high heat until 170∘c. Add tge peppers and let them fry for 15 to 20 seconds, drain well. | 3. | Sprinkle the seasonings over the peppers and allow to cool. Serve warm or cold. |
