Cooking Method

1. | Beat egg white, add in chicken broth and stir. Leak through a sieve | 2. | Shred mushroom and mix with peeled silver nut, shrimp and ham. Put it evenly into a steam plate. Pour in egg white mix | 3. | Cover plate with foil. Make small holes at the centre of foil. Steam with medium heat for 8 minutes. Ready to serve |
