Ingredients
 
40 g dried white fungus 200 g papaya
Some water Some sweet and bitter apricot kernel
 

Seasoning
 
Some rock sugar 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Soak the white fungus in water. Rinse and remove the stem. Tear into pieces.
2.Peel the skin of papaya and remove the seeds. Rinse and chop into pieces.
3.Boil some water. Then, add in all ingredients and cook until the papaya soften and the rock sugar melt. Ready to serve.
