Ingredients

1 piece of fresh pineapple	1 tsp pure gelatin
2 tbsp of water	some 7-up

Cooking Method

1.	Remove pineapple meat and squeeze into juice
2.	Melt gelatin with hot water. Mix pineapple juice. Place into container and fridge for 3 hours until firm.
3.	Cut the pineapple jelly and place in glass. Pour in 7-up to serve.
