Ingredients
 
230 g lamb fillet 1 pc lemon grass
1 pc celery 1 tsp chopped garlic
40 g Onions 
 

Seasoning
 
1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp chicken powder
1/3 tsp salt 1/3 tsp sugar
1/3 tsp of belacan sauce 1 tbsp rice wine
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Chop the lamb fillet into pieces. Then, marinate it with cumin, salt, sugar and chicken powder.
2.Sautee the garlic with olive oil. Then, add in the lamb and cook until 60 % done.
3.Sautee the lemon grass, onion, celery with belacan sauce. Put back the lamb and fry until 80% done. Pour in rice wine and ready to serve.
