    Steamed Beancurd with Jinhua Ham   

Ingredients
 
1 pc lotus leave 8 pcs Jinhua ham
8 pcs cooked shrimp 8 pcs beancurd
1 tsp chopped parsley 1 tsp chopped spring onion
 

Seasoning
 
1/2 cup stock 1 tsp sesame oil
Some salt Some pepper
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Rinse the lotus leave and trim. Soak in hot water and remove. Absorb the water.
2.Place the lotus leave into the steam basket. Then, place 1piece of shrimp, 1 piece of beancurd. Repeat the procedure and steam fir 6-8 minutes.
3.Cook the stock with seasonings. Then, the sauce with cornstarch water. Pour into the beancurd and ready to serve.
