Ingredients
 
230g pork tenderloin 40g green bell pepper
40g red bellpepper 40g chopped onion
1 pc celery 1 tbsp garlic slices
 

Seasoning
 
1 tbsp Belacan Paste 1 tsp chicken powder
1/3 tsp salt 1/3 tsp sugar
1 tbsp rice wine 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Cut the pork tenderloin into cubes and marinate it with sugar, salt and chicken powder. Dilute Belacan paste with hot water and set aside.
2.Saute garlic slices with oil, Then, add in the pork and cook until 70 % done.
3.Sautee all the bellpeppers, onion with belacan paste. Then, add in pork. Pour in some rice wine and place the pork onto the dish. Ready to serve.
