Ingredients
 
160g rice vermicelli 60g minced pork
40g diced shrimp 40g diced scallop
40g diced fish fillet 1 cup stock
 

Seasoning
 
1 tsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp sugar
some corn starch water 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Heat some oil till 80% boiling. Deep-fly the rice vermicelli, set aside
2.Stir-fry minced pork, shrimp, scallop, fish fillet until cooked, add in stock and seasonings. Thicken sauce with cornstarch water.
3.Pour it on top of vermicelli to serve
