160g rice vermicelli | 60g minced pork | 40g diced shrimp | 40g diced scallop | 40g diced fish fillet | 1 cup stock |

1 tsp soy sauce | 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce | 1/2 tsp salt | 1/2 tsp sugar | some corn starch water | |

Cooking Method

1. | Heat some oil till 80% boiling. Deep-fly the rice vermicelli, set aside | 2. | Stir-fry minced pork, shrimp, scallop, fish fillet until cooked, add in stock and seasonings. Thicken sauce with cornstarch water. | 3. | Pour it on top of vermicelli to serve |
