1. | Rinse shrimp, peel but leave head and tail. |
2. | Add 1/3 cup of water in tempura powder | 3. | Boil olive oil, dip shrimp into tempura mixture and deep fry until crunchy, put on plate with salad vegetable and pomelo meat. |
4. | Heat 1tbsp of olive oil, pan fry dried shallot, add in other seasonings. Serve as dipping. |
