Ingredients
 
5 oz of Cod fish fillet 10 pcs of potatoes
1 tablespoon of tomato sauce Dash of Salt
Dash of Pepper 
 

Seasoning
 
 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Slice potatoes into slices, put on a flat working bard.
2.Rinse and place on codfish on top of slices, pour in tomato sauce and season with dash of salt and pepper.
3.Roll up potato slices with codfish in the middle.
4.Heat olive oil and pan-fry cod fish till golden brown.
5.Cooked in oven for 5 minutes or until cod fish cooked.
