Braised Ribs in Red Wine |

Ingredients

500 grams pork ribs | 1 tsp minced shallot | 1 tsp minced garlic | 1 pc onion | 1/2 cups of red wine | 2 tbsp orange jam |

Seasoning
|
|
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce | 3/4 tsp salt | Some pepper | |

Marinade
|
|
1/2 tsp salt | 1 tsp soy sauce |

Cooking Method

1. | Shred onions; mix pork ribs with marinade, fry in pan and set aside. | 2. | Saute shallot, garlic in 1 tsp oil, add in ribs, red wine, onion and 1 glass of water and cook for 40 minutes, add in seasonings, orange jam and cook for another 10 minutes. | 3. | Remove the ribs from heat and put on plate, cook the sauce until thickens and pour on top of ribs to serve. |
