Ingredients
 
6 pcs scallop 6 pcs shrimp
1 tbsp garlic 1 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp white wine
 

Seasoning
 
 
 

Marinade
 
Some Salt, Some Pepper
Some Corn Starch 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Remove the shell and intestine of the shrimp and leave the tail and rinse. Rinse the scallop and absorb the water. Marinate it with marinade.
2.Pan-fry the shrimp and scallop with olive oil until both sides golden brown. Set aside.
3.Heat 1 tbsp butter to sautee the garlic. Then, add mustard and white wine. Pour onto the scallop and shrimp. Ready to serve.
