1pc mackerel fish | 2pcs ginger | 1tsp ginger juice | 2 tbsp of Japanese Sake | 2 tbsp of Mirin | 1 tsp of Sugar | 3 tbsp of water | |

Cooking Method

1. | Cut the head and tail of the mackerel fish. Remove the intestine and rinse. Absorb the water and season with seasonings. Cut into 4 pieces and set aside. | 2. | Heat some oil. Add in ginger and fish and pan-fry in low heat until both sides turn golden brown. | 3. | Boil Sake, Ginger Juice, Mirin, Water and add in sugar until melt. Then, put in the fish and pour in ginger juice. Put it on top of bowl or rice and ready to serve. |
