Ingredients
 
2 pcs of Crab 8 pcs of salted egg yolk
1 tbsp of butter A little bit of corn starch
 

Seasoning
 
 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Wash and rinse crab, cut into half. Pour cornstarch.
2.Deep fry until golden brown. Set aside
3.Steam salted egg yolk and mash. Fry egg yolk with butter until bubbles come up.
4.Put crab to fry until crab is coated with Egg yolk. Serve Hot.
