1. | Mix strong flour, flour and salt in a mixing bowl, and then mix with water. Gradually mix in egg, dried yeast and melted butter evenly. Strongly press dough around 10 minutes, wrap well with cling paper and leave dough at cool place for 40 minutes. |
2. | After dough has been yeasted, take out and press dough for several minutes to push trapped air out. | 3. | Place dough on metal plate and press to pizza shape. Pierce dough with thick needle. |
4. | Brush tomato paste and grated cheese evenly on base. Place on preheat oven for 10-15 minutes, take base out and place smoked salmon, avocado and crab roe to serve. |
