1. | Preheat the oven to 180oc for about ten minutes. Sieve the flour, baking powder and salt. |
2. | Beat the butter and sugar until pale. Stir in the eggs gradually. | 3. | Fold in flour. Put into fridge for a while. |
4. | Roll the dough to the thickness of 3mm. Cut out to 5cm round or other shapes as you like. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden. Leave cool. | 5. | Beat the cheese and maple syrup until smooth. Pipe onto the tart. Sprinkle with your selected fresh fruits. Serve. |
