Ingredients
 
70g unsalted butter 45 g icing sugar
20 g egg 80g plain flour
1/8tsp baking powder 1/8 tsp salt
100 g mascarpone cheese 2 tbsp maple syrup
Some fresh fruit

Cooking Method
 
1.Preheat the oven to 180oc for about ten minutes. Sieve the flour, baking powder and salt.
2.Beat the butter and sugar until pale. Stir in the eggs gradually.
3.Fold in flour. Put into fridge for a while.
4.Roll the dough to the thickness of 3mm. Cut out to 5cm round or other shapes as you like. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden. Leave cool.
5.Beat the cheese and maple syrup until smooth. Pipe onto the tart. Sprinkle with your selected fresh fruits. Serve.
