1. | Cream the butter and sugar together in a mixer, slowly add the egg whites. |
2. | Using a slower speed on the mixer, add flour and baking powder then follow the milk and passion fruit. | 3. | Combine well in the mixer and pour into a 30 cm round non-stick cake tin. Bake for about 30 minutes at 170oc |
4. | Place a skewer into the center of the cake after 30 minutes and if you can remove it cleanly then the cake is done. | 5. | Remove from the oven to cool. |
