Ingredients
 
60 g Unsalted butter, 40 g Icing sugar
15 g Egg 1/8 tsp Vanilla extract
60 g Plain flour 8 g Coco powder
1/8 tsp Baking powder 1/8 tsp Salt
 

Seasoning
 
Fillings:Ready made chestnut puree
Raspberries

Cooking Method
 
1.Preheat the oven to 180oc for about ten minutes. Sieve the flour, coco powder, baking powder and salt.
2.Best the butter and sugar until pale and fluffy. Stir in the eggs and vanilla extract gradually.
3.Stir in the flour. Put into fridge for a while.
4.Roll the dough to the thickness of 3 min, cut out to 6 cm heart shape with cookies cutter. Bake for about 12-15 minutes till golden brown. Leave cool.
5.ipe some chestnut puree on the cookies. Circle with raspberries, Top with another cookie and serve.
