120g cream cheese | 100ml whipping cream |
|

Seasoning
|
|
1/2 pc fresh lemon juice | 1/2 pc grated lemon zest | 2 tbsp granulated sugar | |

Cooking Method
|

1. | Beat up the whipping cream in a mixing bowl over ice water bath until soft peak formed. | 2. | Place the cream cheese in a large bowl & heat without cover in medium power until softened. | 3. | Add the seasoning into cheese & mix well, lightly fold in the whipped cream & spoon over serving dish. Allow to cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. |
