80 g whole wheat flour | 170 g carrots puree | 50 g egg | 80 g sugar | 2.5 g baking powder | 64 g vegetable oil |

Cooking Method

1. | Whisk the egg and sugar until stiff, than add the whole wheat flour & baking powder mix together. | 2. | Add the carrots puree to mix, than add the vegetable oil. | 3. | Put it in the mould. Then put into the oven at 180oc for 22 minutes until golden brown. |
