Ingredients
 
80 g whole wheat flour 170 g carrots puree
50 g egg 80 g sugar
2.5 g baking powder 64 g vegetable oil

Cooking Method
 
1.Whisk the egg and sugar until stiff, than add the whole wheat flour & baking powder mix together.
2.Add the carrots puree to mix, than add the vegetable oil.
3.Put it in the mould. Then put into the oven at 180oc for 22 minutes until golden brown.
