Ingredients
 
60g Butter 100g Water
1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Sugar
100 g Flour 3 Pcs of Egg

Cooking Method
 
1.Preheat oven to 200c for 10 minutes.
2.Mixed butter, water, salt and sugar in saucepan, bring to boil.
3.Add flour and stir until mixture forms a ball
4.Transfer dough in a mixing bowl. Add in eggs in several portions, stir well after each addition.
5.Pipe the dough into 2 inches diameter onto a greased baking pan
6.Bake at 200c for 15 minutes and reduce to 160c and baked for another 5-8 minutes or until puff completely dry and golden brown.
