1. | Preheat oven to 200c for 10 minutes. |
2. | Mixed butter, water, salt and sugar in saucepan, bring to boil. | 3. | Add flour and stir until mixture forms a ball |
4. | Transfer dough in a mixing bowl. Add in eggs in several portions, stir well after each addition. | 5. | Pipe the dough into 2 inches diameter onto a greased baking pan |
6. | Bake at 200c for 15 minutes and reduce to 160c and baked for another 5-8 minutes or until puff completely dry and golden brown. |
