Ingredients
 
1 1/3 cup flour 1 1/3 tsp sugar powder
100 g almond puddings 100 g butter
2-3 tbsp iced water 
 

Seasoning
 
Stuffing:3/4 cup orange juice
3/4 cup lemon juice1/2 cup sugar
1cup cream 4pcs egg yolk
2pcs egg 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Mix the flour, sugar powder, almond pudding and butter. Add in water to make the dough.
2.Roll the dough and place into the mould. Then, place onto the butter paper. Cook the sugar with the juices and cool down. Then, add cream, egg yolk and egg and cook in low heat. Pour it into the mould and bake for 15-18 minutes. Cool down and Ready to serve.
