150 g shredded konjac | 2 pcs black fungus | 50 g sweet pea | 100 g bean sprout | 80 g shredded carrot | 1 tbsp mirin | 250 ml clear soup | 1 tbsp miso |

Cooking Method

1. | Soak the black fungus and rinse. Then shred. Rinse the sweet pea and bean sprout . Drain and set aside. | 2. | Cook the konjac with water and vinegar for 3 minutes. Soak in iced water and drain. | 3. | Boil the clear soup. Then, add in bean sprout, mirin and miso. Ready to serve. |
