1. | Wash and cook the bok choy in boiling water until slightly soft, drain and rinse to cool. Squeeze to dry & chop up. |
2. | Beat the egg and seasonings until well mixed. Stir in the flour to form a batter. Then add the chopped bok choy. | 3. | Lightly grease a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Pour in the batter and fry until each side get golden brown. Cut the bok choi into sizes and serve. |
