Ingredients
 
1 catty of Pumpkin 1 catty of Taro
200ml Coconut Juice 200ml Water
 

Seasoning
 
1 tsp of salt 1 tbsp of sugar
2 tsp of fish sauce 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Peel Pumpkin and taro, rinse and slice into pieces.
2.Heat Wok, add in 1 tsp of oil, fry pumpkin, mix in taro and stir well, add in water and stew for 25 minutes.
3.Mix in coconut juice and let it cook until sauce thickens, add in seasonings. Serve Hot.
