1 catty of Pumpkin | 1 catty of Taro | 200ml Coconut Juice | 200ml Water |

Seasoning
|

1 tsp of salt | 1 tbsp of sugar | 2 tsp of fish sauce | |

Cooking Method

1. | Peel Pumpkin and taro, rinse and slice into pieces. | 2. | Heat Wok, add in 1 tsp of oil, fry pumpkin, mix in taro and stir well, add in water and stew for 25 minutes. | 3. | Mix in coconut juice and let it cook until sauce thickens, add in seasonings. Serve Hot. |
