1. | Cook the coconut milk, desiccated coconut and palm sugar until thicken. Add the sesame. |
2. | Sieve well the flour, sugar and salt. Mix the milk and egg. | 3. | Add the milk mixture into the flour gradually and mix well. Add the pandan essence and vegetable oil. |
4. | Heat the pan with vegetable oil. Add some vegetable oil and fry over medium low heat to make pancake. Top with fillings, banana and roll it up to serve. |
