Ingredients
 
10 pcs of small potatoes 1 tbsp of olive oil
 

Seasoning
 
2 tsp minced garlic 2 tsp rosemary
1 tsp salt Some black pepper
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Rinse potatoes, peel off skin, cut into half. Blanch in boiling water until soft. Remove
2.Saute potatoes in 1 tbsp olive oil until golden brown, add in seasonings, stir well and serve
