200 g burdock | 160 g carrots | 6 pcs of mushroom | 150 g asparagus | 150 g enoki mushroom | 1 tsp minced garlic | 1 tsp minced ginger | |

1 tsp salt | some sesame oil |

Cooking Method

1. | Peel off skin of burdock and carrots, rinse and shred, rinse mushrooms and asparagus and shred. | 2. | Heat 1 tbsp oil to sauté garlic and ginger, add in burdock until soften, add in other ingredients and seasonings, stir-fry until cook and serve. |
