150 g puff pastry | 1/4 pc onion | 60 g cheese | 1 pc tomato | 1/2 egg | |

1/2 tsp salt | Some grounded black pepper |

Cooking Method

1. | Use rolling pin to flatten puff pastry thinly and cut into squares Diced onion, cheese and tomato, beat egg | 2. | Mix seasonings with diced onion, cheese and tomato. Mix well | 3. | Place filling into pastry, brush some beaten egg at the edge of pastry. Fold into triangle. Deep fry in hot oil until crispy. Serve |
