160 g taro | 100 g water chestnut | 1 stalk spring onion | |

1/2 tsp salt | 3 tbsp corn starch |

Cooking Method

1. | Peel taro and cut into fine shreds, Steam over water for 20 minutes, Mash the taro, peel water chestnuts and chop finely, cut spring onion into dices. | 2. | Mix mashed taro, water chestnut and spring onion. Mix well with seasonings. Roll about 2 tbsp of mixture to form patty. | 3. | Heat up some oil and pan fry taro patties in low heat until both sides turn golden brown |
