Ingredients
 
160 g taro 100 g water chestnut
1 stalk spring onion 
 

Seasoning
 
1/2 tsp salt 3 tbsp corn starch
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Peel taro and cut into fine shreds, Steam over water for 20 minutes, Mash the taro, peel water chestnuts and chop finely, cut spring onion into dices.
2.Mix mashed taro, water chestnut and spring onion. Mix well with seasonings. Roll about 2 tbsp of mixture to form patty.
3.Heat up some oil and pan fry taro patties in low heat until both sides turn golden brown
